Do you have email/password login?
No email or passwords! We use an app name + PIN system instead. Your app name is your username (like SMITH) and your 6-digit PIN is your password. No email required, no password resets, no spam - just your app name and PIN.
What's the 6-digit PIN for?
Your PIN is like the password to your app. You'll use it to log in, make changes, post content, manage your shop, and control access. Keep it safe - it's how you prove you're the owner!
What if I forget my PIN?
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you forget your PIN and don't have your app key saved, your account is permanently lost. There's no email recovery, no support team that can help - this is by design for maximum privacy. Always save your app key!
What's an app key and why MUST I save it?
Your app key is your ONLY backup - a 12-word recovery phrase. If you forget your PIN, this key is the ONLY way to recover your app. Without it, a forgotten PIN = lost app forever! Write it down, screenshot it, save it somewhere safe!
